Terms of Sale

Prices are valid at the time of placing the order. We are not obliged to supply goods where there is an error in any advertised price.

Full payment must be made before dispatch. Payment Cards will not be charged until we have contacted you to quote full postage costs, if some items are not in stock at time of order we will contact you to find out if you wish for a part dispatched order. If a payment is made and subsequently dishonoured, then a charge of £15 will be levied. For security reasons, when placing an order, you must give your full name, address, postcode and telephone number, which must be the same as that held by the payment card company.

Delivery of goods that are in stock will normally be within seven days. New items will be supplied as soon as stock becomes available. Please note that as carriage is calculated by weight, the heavier the items ordered, the higher the carriage charge will be, we will contact you prior to dispatch with the exact carriage costs.

Refund Policy

Goods purchased from us may be returned within eight days of receipt for a refund, providing you have notified us in writing , by fax or by e-mail within these eight days of your intention to return items in person or by post. The goods must be returned to the contact address and the cost of packing and returning any goods will be at the customer's expense. We must receive goods within 14 days of receipt, and any goods returned must be received by us in the condition they where received by the customer. A full refund will be made within 7 days of the goods being received back by us. This condition does not affect your rights on the return of faulty goods.

Show Delivery

Items ordered and requested for collection at the next show, will be charged to the credit card prior to us loading up for that show (unless payment is to be made at the event when collecting). Items requested and not collected prior to the end of the show may be sold off at the end of the event and you will need to contact us to arrange another suitable shipment or collection time.
